Access to the Platform is not permitted where prohibited by law or subject to international sanctions. By using the Platform, you confirm that your local laws allow such use.

2. PLATFORM SERVICES

The Platform operates as an intermediary marketplace for digital in-game items, including skins, delivered via Steam trade mechanisms.

  • We do not manufacture, modify, or own the listed items.
  • We facilitate transactions between users.
  • Items are delivered through Steam trade offers after successful payment.
  • Payments are handled via third-party payment providers.

3. ACCOUNT ACCESS AND RESPONSIBILITY

Access is provided through Steam authentication.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

Any activity performed under your account is considered your responsibility.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where:

  • these Terms are violated,
  • fraudulent activity is suspected,
  • abusive or illegal behaviour is detected.

4. PAYMENTS AND ORDER PROCESSING

When placing an order, you agree to:

  • pay the total amount displayed at checkout, including any applicable fees;
  • use only approved payment methods listed on the Platform.

Payments are processed securely by third-party providers compliant with applicable security standards (e.g., PCI DSS).

We do not store or control user payment funds.

We reserve the right to:

  • reject or cancel orders,
  • correct pricing errors,
  • block suspicious or high-risk transactions.

All prices are displayed in EUR and may change without prior notice.

5. DELIVERY OF DIGITAL ITEMS

After successful payment confirmation:

  • items are delivered via Steam trade offers;
  • delivery typically occurs within 7 days, with possible extensions up to 14 days in exceptional cases.

If delivery exceeds this timeframe, users may request a refund where applicable.

We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by:

  • incorrect or invalid trade links,
  • Steam restrictions or limitations,
  • user account issues or restrictions.

User Requirements

You must ensure:

  • a valid Steam trade URL is provided;
  • Steam Guard / Mobile Authenticator is enabled where required;
  • your account is eligible to receive trades without restrictions.

6. SELLING ITEMS AND PAYOUT CONDITIONS

Users who list items for sale agree to the following:

Listings

Items must be accurately categorized and comply with platform requirements.

We may reject or remove listings at our discretion.

Inventory and Transfers

Items remain under your control until a sale is completed.

You are responsible for completing transfers when instructed.

Fees

A commission of 10% is applied to successful transactions.

Payouts

You must provide correct payout details.

Verification procedures may be required before funds are released.

Payments are executed via authorised third-party providers only.

Processing time: typically 3–7 business days after successful completion.

Limits:

Minimum and maximum payout limit: 10 – 5000 EUR

These limits may be modified at any time.

Payouts may be delayed, adjusted, or withheld in cases involving:

  • fraud or risk detection,
  • incomplete or failed transactions,
  • regulatory or compliance requirements.

Users can review payout history within their account dashboard.

7. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Due to the digital nature of the services:

Completed and delivered items are generally non-refundable.

By confirming an order with immediate delivery, you acknowledge and accept that withdrawal rights may be waived under applicable consumer laws.

Refunds may be considered in cases where:

  • the item was not delivered;
  • the order was cancelled prior to completion.

Requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days.

We reserve the right to reject refund requests in cases of suspected abuse or fraudulent behaviour.

8. USER OBLIGATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS

You agree not to:

  • use the Platform for unlawful or prohibited activities;
  • submit false or misleading information;
  • attempt to disrupt or compromise the Platform’s operation or security;
  • use automated tools without prior authorization;
  • engage in fraud, chargeback abuse, or unauthorised transactions;

  • use unverified or third-party payout accounts without approval.

Violations may result in:

  • suspension or termination of access,
  • forfeiture or withholding of funds,
  • reporting to relevant authorities.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Platform, including text, design, graphics, and software, is protected by intellectual property laws and remains the property of the Platform or its licensors.

All third-party game-related assets remain the property of their respective owners (e.g., Valve Corporation). We are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

10. DATA PROTECTION

We process personal data in accordance with applicable laws, including UK GDPR.

Data may be used for:

  • identity verification,
  • fraud prevention,
  • order processing,
  • regulatory compliance.

14. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
